What RLDX Is

RLDX is a personal relationship management tool that helps you keep track of the people in your life. It includes contact management, interaction logging, reminders, and AI-powered features to help you stay connected.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RLDX.
• One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

Use RLDX for its intended purpose — managing your personal relationships. Do not:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.

Subscriptions and Billing

• RLDX offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.

Your Data

You own your data. The contacts, notes, and interactions you store in RLDX belong to you. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Our Service

We own the RLDX service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

RLDX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to keep RLDX available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will communicate any planned downtime in advance when possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of RLDX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
