Privacy Policy

Overview

RLDX is a personal relationship management tool. Your data powers your experience and nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

What We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password hash when you sign up.
• Contact data — the people you add, including names, notes, dates, tags, and any details you choose to store.
• Interaction notes — records of interactions, reminders, and conversation notes you create.
• Usage data — basic analytics like page views and feature usage to help us improve the product. This data is aggregated and not tied to your contacts or notes.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the RLDX service. When you use AI features like chat or smart nudges, your data is sent to our AI provider only to process your specific request. It is not stored by the provider and is not used to train any models.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising.
• We do not display ads.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted services to operate RLDX:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• Resend — for transactional emails like password resets and digest notifications.
• Anthropic— for AI features. Your queries are processed in real time and are not used for model training per Anthropic's commercial API terms.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is encrypted at rest and served exclusively over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active RLDX account. If you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed from our systems.

Data Export

You can export all of your data at any time from your account settings. Your data belongs to you and you should always be able to take it with you.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, all of your data — contacts, notes, interactions, and account information — is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie services.

Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect.
